Would you like to work in a small, quality-oriented, out-patient physical therapy clinic where you can develop long-term relationships with your patients? Do you want patients that come back to you as “their physical therapist” year after year when they have physical therapy needs?

VPT supports its employees with flexible schedules to strive for healthy work-life balance. Our PTs are never double-booked and have 60 minutes per eval and 45 minutes per follow up appointment with their patients. Our PTs’ continuing education is important: we encourage attending courses/conferences, maintaining APTA/CPTA membership, and being active in CPTA regional activities. Cheryl Tibbetts, CEO of VPT, has 25+ years of experience, is a certified clinical instructor, former CPTA Board member, and has routinely mentored new grads as employees.

Requirements:

  • Current license to practice Physical Therapy in California (PTLA will be considered).
  • New grads are encouraged to apply!
  • Comfortable learning new software and using computers.
Hiring Process:

Please submit your resume by email to jobs@valleypt.net and mention how soon you could start working for Valley Physical Therapy.  Cheryl Tibbetts, CEO, will evaluate applicants and contact them to schedule an in-person interview at the clinic.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available.

We offer our full-time employees: continuing education allowance, health insurance, dental stipend, paid time off, employer contributions to APTA membership dues, and SIMPLE IRA retirement plan.
